You don't need to be in. Put the property address on the order with access notes, and the mobile number of whoever's laying it, so the delivery messages reach them.
Your turf is left at the property or the closest suitable and accessible point, in the most convenient place we reasonably can where it's possible and safe.

How long before the photos should I lay it?
