Delivery or collection?
- Delivery: we deliver to your property or the closest suitable and accessible point, and you don't need to be in
- We leave your turf in the most convenient place we reasonably can, where it's possible and safe
- Add any parking or access notes when you order
- Collect: collection is by order only from our collection partner near Newcastle Airport, with the full address and directions in your confirmation
Pick your day
Choose a date that suits from the ones offered. Collections run Monday to Friday. Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery or collection at the latest, but please order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. Plan to lay the turf the day it arrives.
Why the date matters
As soon as you pay, your turf is booked with the grower for your day, so your order is final once placed. Please check the date before you pay.
Pay securely
You'll finish on our secure checkout with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your full card details.
Just above the pay button there's a box to tick to say you've checked your order and read the terms of sale. Turf is perishable and cut to order for your day, so your order is final once placed.
We count every order out to the rolls you've paid for. Give yours a quick count when they're left, or before you drive away if you're collecting.

It's near Newcastle Airport. Full address details and clear directions come with your order confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Sunderland and the Tynesides?
Yes. Our wider delivery area takes in Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham and much of Northumberland, and collection is available too.
