Laying 20 m² in an afternoon
Do the prep first
Dig over, rake level and firm the ground before the turf arrives. This is most of the work.
Start on a straight edge
Run the first row along a wall, path or fence and keep it tight.
Stagger the joints
Lay the next row like brickwork so the joins don't line up.
Work off a board
Kneel on a plank, not on the rolls you've just laid.
Trim the edges
An old bread knife or a half-moon edger tidies curves and corners.
Soak it
Water well that same evening, right through to the soil underneath.

How much does the Terrace Pack cover?
20 m², in rolls of about 1 m² each. Pick it if your lawn is a bit under 20 m² so you've got spare for edges.
Is a pack better than buying by the m²?
Check both: type your exact size into the order page and compare it with the Terrace Pack price. Over-ordering slightly is usually cheaper than a second delivery for a top-up.
Can two people lay it in an afternoon?
Usually, once the ground's prepared. Most of the time goes on prep, not laying.
Can you deliver to a shared yard at flats?
Yes. Add any access notes when you order, such as which door is yours, and give the neighbours a heads-up.
Can I lay turf in the rain?
Light rain is fine for laying, even helpful. Avoid laying on frozen or waterlogged ground.
Can I fetch the Terrace Pack myself?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout.
How do I keep it overnight?
Leave it stacked in the shade, give it a light water if it's warm, and lay it first thing.
